Two-drawer lateral file is part of the HON Foundation, a versatile collection of laminate desk and storage solutions that can be combined in a variety of ways to fit any work style or space. Lateral file can be used freestanding. Its removable top allows it to be used under desk and credenza shells for maximum storage. Each drawer locks. Both drawers operate on full-extension, ball-bearing suspension to ensure smooth, quiet, long-lasting operation. Hangrails are included in each file drawer for side-to-side letter-size or legal-size filing, and for front-to-back letter-size filing. Surfaces feature attractive, scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, Mahogany thermal-fused laminate for an unbeatable combination of stunning beauty and rugged durability. Adjustable floor-leveling glides provide 3/4" of adjustment. Design also includes an inner lock mechanism and metal handle in silver finish for each drawer.
